TEAM MEMBER (TM) |
| ˇ@ |
When you start at a Pret shop you will spend the first few months learning the very basics of being a Pret TM. There is a graduation after 10 days to check your initial learning after which you will learn all aspects of working in a shop and work towards
your TM* graduation (this normally takes
about three months but depends on how
fast you learn). |

TEAM MEMBER STAR (TM*) |

A TM* is a TM who has completed and graduated from the TM* training. TM*s are very important to Pret and its customers as they make up the majority of our shop teams and are responsible for making delicious food and providing fantastic customer service. TM*s can go on to become TMTˇ¦s or Baristas if they are fantastic at their job and there is position available for them. |

TEAM MEMBER TRAINER (TMT) |

Our TMTs are talented TM*s who have been selected because of their ability to explain and communicate their passion for doing everything to the highest possible standard. They have received special training to help them to train others. They will train new TMs and help them become TM*s. They will also help train the whole shop on new products or equipment and on standards that can be improved through additional training sessions. |
